Today our Fashion Friday spotlight features a sampling of the Spring 2017 Watters collections. The Watters brand has been around for 30 years and each year the styles are perfect blend of simplicity and elegance, perfect for a Midwest wedding. About the collections

Watters, the company’s premier brand, showcases a unique approach to design with its “Portrait” collection. Conceptualized with specific personalities in mind, the “Portrait” collection features beaded fringe, dramatic textures, luxurious fabrications and timeless silhouettes. It is designed to capture and reflect the various sentiments brides experience on their wedding days.

The “Love Affair” collection from Wtoo draws inspiration from ornate Imperial Fabergé eggs, characterized by elaborate designs, bold colors and unparalleled architectural detail. The collection features elements such as body-contouring lines, trellis fabrics, vining embroidery, bold blooms, scrollwork and the use of mixed patterns recognizable to every Fabergé fan.

Willowby by Watters introduces the “Dreamscape” collection with inspiration curated from the raw beauty of uncut crystals. Geometric and graphic elements create a “cut from the earth” aesthetic, featuring geode-inspired beading, flowing fabrications, iridescent moonstone and softly-colored linings.

Additionally, both Watters and Wtoo debut a Social collection for Spring 2017. The Watters Social collection features mix-and-match separates and head-to-toe sequin fabrics while the Wtoo Social collection highlights 90’s-inspired silhouettes and soft, delicate notes taken from the desert. Watters adds French Blue to its already rich array of color options, as well as the Eclat Sequin fabrication to its Social collection. Likewise, Wtoo adds Eucalyptus to its wide variety of color options and introduces the Talisa Sequin fabrication to its Social Collection.
